If you have purchased fragment retention lamps (shatterproof lamps) this is not supposed to happen! The chances are that it could, unless your lamps have the BLACK BAND identifier at one end.

Glass contamination in the process area equals lost production, delayed deliveries and clean up costs. The total cost could be catastrophic.
