The Guide to Lighting Best Practice for the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety has been published by BRC Global Standards in partnership with the Society of Light and Lighting. It aims to provide advice to food manufacturing and packaging sites on how to invest in a lighting solution that will meet the audit requirements of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety whilst delivering reductions in energy and maintenance costs.
